The Ibérica-Estates inspection trip is an efficient method to buy a property in Spain. You will be accompanied one on one before, during and after the inspection trip by a dedicated real estate agent from our own office. We have extensive knowledge of our field of work and can also inform you about all legal and administrative matters surrounding your property purchase.

Did you find your dream home during the inspection trip and do you want to take it off the market? In that case, we plan also an introductory meeting with our lawyer specialized in real estate law. The employee of the law firm speaks your language.

Step 1: We plan a personal meeting or a telephone conversation in which you explain your housing requirements. What characteristics should your dream home have? What questions do you already have for us at this point?

Step 2: From us you will receive a personal selection of properties and projects that match your stated requirements. Together we will determine which projects from this selection you actually want to visit and on which date you can come to Spain.

Step 3: We make sure we have prepared the viewings. We will meet you at Alicante airport or pick you up from your hotel. The next few days are all about finding your dream home.

Step 4: We take you back to Alicante airport, perhaps as the proud owner of a new home in Spain.
