Ibérica-Estates is the international specialist estate agency for Costa Blanca Noth & South and the Costa Cálida in Spain.
Ibérica-Estates operates on the east coast of Spain, more precisely within the Alicante, Murcia and Cartagena triangle. We have been gathering experience in our field since 2002. Our working environment is defined by properties with good value for money, a fantastic climate and good accessibility from all major airports in the United Kingdom, northern Europe and Scandinavia.
Our properties within the Alicante, Murcia and Cartagena triangle can all be reached within an hour from the international airports of Alicante (ALC) or Murcia (RMU). It should however be noted that current flight routes are primarily focused on Alicante airport.
Our service office is located in Torrevieja, a popular seaside resort which is centrally located within our operating region. When you come to view properties in Spain, we will begin at our service office in Torrevieja or collect you from your hotel in one of our company cars.
