Directly after signing the title deeds our lawyer takes care of transferring utilities like water and electricity from the previous owner onto your name. This is done in an easy, secure and fast way.
Every Ibérica-Estates customer receives a free one-year period of key holding service. If you for some reason have lost your keys or lock yourself out, you can always pick up a set of spare keys in our office.
After the purchase of your property, you are able to make use of our lawyers services. This includes tax declarations, changing your driver license, residential registering or questions about inheritance issues.
